Where are your warehouses located and do you ship worldwide?
Milky Way Garden Global warehouses are located in the US, EU & China. We provide FREE worldwide shipping for all orders. However, there may be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide the tracking information?
Yes, but we will provide the tracking information only for orders with total at least $50. If your order total is $50+, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received the tracking info within business 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons (eg. products are located in different warehouses), sometimes items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
